2700 N Mesa St El Paso 79902 (915) 532-0202 Located accross from UTEP, The O2 Lounge is a haven for students. Due to the El Paso Smoking ordinance, smoking is only allowed outside in the covered courtyard. This place does a good job of trying to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
